Nicole Maalouf studied interior design and cultural industries in Coburg and Passau, lived in Prague, Paris and New York. In 2007, she founded with her husband Daniel Eichhorn SoLebIch.de, an internet platform, the largest residential communities in the world.
The second book, Das neue SoLebIch Buch/The New Solebich Book was released on February 25 in Germany at the Munich Creative Business Week Program. “Solebich is the biggest Online Living-Community where users download their flatphotos, talk about and inspire themselves. Tom Ising designed the new Solebich Book, which will be published by DVA.”

Room by room Nicole shows decorating styles and an abundance of furnishing ideas we can do by yourself, showing the most important elements for a beautiful and comfortable home. Practical information about shopping and manufacturers as well as many DIY tips supplement the photographs of living spaces and guarantee that the ideas are easy to realize.
Nicole’s new book is totally inspired and made from the shared ideas and photos in the blog community. It is absolutely authentic in styling and professional-photography and a far cry from the world of glossy magazines and newspapers.
Perhaps the success due to this lack of pretension that makes people feel identified and inspired to share their homes and ideas.
