3 WORLD TRADE CENTER
3WTC is open for business and is more than a building. Designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, 3 WTC is instantly recognizable by its iconic “K” brace, the building’s external steel framing, while seamlessly integrating into the triumphant community of World Trade Center architecture. The developer was Silverstein Properties. Tower 3 at 175 Greenwich Street was designed to be a new commercial skyscraper and the construction cost $900 million.
AMERICAN COPPER BUILDINGS
American Copper Buildings is named as the new skyline icon of New York! Located at 626 1st Avenue, New York, the project was designed by SHoP Architects and developer by JDS Development Group. The sculptural design – two copper-clad towers that bend in the middle to meet at a skybridge – brings a new dynamism to an overlooked area of the city.
Tower 28 located in Long Island City, NY rises above the rest with 56 floors of sophisticated floor plans and impressive amenities. The design was made by Hill West Architects and Whitehall Interiors and the developer was Heatherwood Properties.
